We want you to love your Halfday pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
